The Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia oversees the work of the Intelligence Agency through a competent Commission. The Commission submits a report to the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia for the work performed at least once a year. The Director of the Intelligence Agency is required to provide the Commission with an insight and with all the information and data within the sphere of competence of the Commission. |
| The conclusions regarding the Commission's report are communicated to the President of the Republic of Macedonia and to the Government of the Republic of Macedonia by the Assembly of the Republic of Macedonia. |
